Frequently Asked Questions
When do I get access?
You have access to all the pre-recorded presentations from the first day of the event, October 28, 2025! Replays of live sessions will be added within 48 hours after they occur.
With this you will also get access to special bonuses from a number of speakers that you can claim until January 31, 2026.
How do I access the bonuses?
For each bonus available to you, you’ll get a link and a coupon code to use on the speaker’s website. This allows them to send you the information to need to access it and any other additional information for use. In some cases you will find the bonus directly inside your Fest Hub for you to download (instead of the speaker’s linked website).
There will be a dedicated section in your All Access Pass to claim these bonuses and we recommend you do as soon as possible as the individual bonuses will be at least until January 31, 2026 on the speaker’s website. We are unable to extend the deadline for any bonus offers.
How do live sessions work for All Access Pass holders?
We know that the live sessions are fan favorites at events like these and that not everyone can attend due to scheduling conflicts.
As an All Access Pass holder you get the replays as one of your perks of upgrading! We do ask that you give us up to 48 hours to update your All Access Pass with these replays. Edited transcripts of the live sessions might take up to a week.
During the Fest you are welcome to watch them live on the Fest homepage (as well as catch the replay there within 24 hours of the live event).
Can I pay in another currency?
Yes, you can pay in US Dollars (USD), in Euro (EUR) or Swiss Francs (CHF).
-> For payment in Euro (EUR) click here.
-> For payment in Swiss Francs (CHF) click here.

I have another question
We are happy to answer any other questions! Please email us at hello[at]3dottedpenguins.com and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible, usually within 24-48 hours excluding weekends.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the digital nature of this product, all sales are final and non-refundable.
If you are not satisified with the product for any reason, we would like to speak this through – please reach out to hello[@]blockprintingfest.com
I think I’ve seen this at a different price. Is it the same thing?
The fast action pricing you see on this page is available immediately after signing up for your free ticket. Once the countdown hits zero it will not be offered again.
I already have one or more of the bonuses. Can I get a discount?
We are unable to offer discounts, but want to assure you that you are getting an incredible value even if you have one or more of the speaker bonuses.
With the value of the All Access Pass even if you claim only 2 or 3 of the bonuses you’d be saving compared to buying them at regular price.
What does ongoing access mean?
You’ll have ongoing access to all sessions, bonuses, and resources for a minimum of 2 years from the Fest start date.
Access may continue beyond that, as long as the platform and materials remain maintained by Ali Baecker / 3 Dotted Penguins.
That means you can watch, rewatch, and keep learning at your own pace – with plenty of time to enjoy it all.
Please note: This applies to all content hosted on websites maintained by Ali Baecker / 3 Dotted Penguins.
Bonuses provided and hosted directly by speakers of the Fest are subject to their own terms and availability.
